Multiplex Cinema Limited was formed in 1982. To provide local audiences with the best movie-going experience through the use of the latest technology. With over 20 years of experience in cinema management, MCL currently operates three prime cinema sites: its flagship MCL JP Cinema in Causeway Bay, MCL Cinema Metro in Tseung Kwan O, and MCL Kornhill Cinema in Quarry Bay. Started at Shekou, the company also entered into a partnership with the Hong Kong Airport Authority and SimEx-Iwerks to set up the world's first '4D Extreme Screen' at Hong Kong International Airport's new SkyPlaza as an important new chapter in the history of audio-visual entertainment.
