In the late years of Qing Dynasty, the Alliance member Rong Zhonghua was betrayed by others. The Family Rong was killed totally, leaving 3 descendents only. They scattered in different places.

The hideous death of the elder brother positively influenced Hua Xiaowen a lot, who always regarded the law and democracy as valuable as his life. Since then he lost the illusion of the so-called government and law in the old China and took up the gun for revenging.
