Creation and Production of Original Animation TV Series

We are one of the few animation companies in China which can produce animation TV series. Shanghai Hippo Animation Co. Ltd. (referred as ' Hippo ') was founded in 2006. We have a remarkable 3D production team here in mainland China as well as in Hollywood. We have reputable independent Hollywood producers who are working with our studio as partners as well as distribution agents to pipeline our properties into the international market. Hippo is not only a leading studio to work on outsourced projects, but also a major production house in co-production and original content development segments.

We have been authorized to shoot films related with Shaolin Kong Fu or any other related multimedia productions and the animation TV series Shaolin Scout is on the way.

Shaolin Scouts is about several students from around the world all studying Shaolin Kung Fu in Henan province, China. There are children from America, Japan, France, Canada and China. The students experience conflicts between different cultures as well as exchange their personal views on martial arts. They try their best to overcome their weaknesses and obtain the true spirit of Kung Fu.
