Scientist Dr Wong invented the "Thunder Energizer" , which can integrate the seven elements in outer space into an electric energy that is about 10,000 times stronger than nuclear power. As the most environmentally friendly power supplier, this will be sufficient for use by human beings for a century. As Dr Wong was working very hard on this, there came the nerve-wrecking news that the seven treasures that are scattered over different parts of the world have disappeared with Dr Wong on the same day.
Dr Wong’s grandson Bongkie is a good friend of Jackie, and came to Jackie for help. Jackie got intelligence that this was done by a notorious man – Orbar . Orbar has kidnapped Dr Wong and forced him to build on the concept of Thunder Energizer to make the Omnipotent Weapon , which can be used to conquer the entire human race and the world. The most direct way to find the seven elements of outer space was to usurp these seven treasures. In fact, these seven elements have dropped into the Earth 5,000 years ago. As the ancient people had no idea what those seven elements were, they made them into different treasures, in which four of them had appeared in China.
To stop the ambitious Orbar from carrying out his plot, Jackie had to get hold of and return the treasures to the country, before Dr Wong could produce the Omnipotent Weapon before the deadline. So Jackie led his good companions and two intelligent animals (1. a parrot that can imitate various languages, and 2. a very lazy but very sensitive dragon) to different adventurous places to fight against the villains and take back the treasures. In the first episode, Jackie returned to the prehistoric Shang Dynasty of 1800 BC; he met Emperor Ji Fa who founded the Zhou Dynasty and was known as the Martial Emperor of Zhou.
