Little Ray is adopted by a dolphin in Conch Bay, and reared among a host of ocean-dwelling creatures. Ray grows into a popular hero in The Bay, where he helps his marine friends through all kinds of tough times. Ray’s carefree life in the sea eventually gives way to an adventure-filled stint in the human world. A shady bio-corporation disrupts his land-bound existence, ultimately leading Ray on a quest to unlock the secret of his mysterious origins…
