In the mid-Ming Dynasty, the country was becoming increasingly weak. It had the serious internal problems, while the foreign aggression became stronger and stronger. And the main powerful enemy was the Valla State. Since the Yongle Ming dynasty got flourishing, Valla State become increasingly stronger and constantly invaded the northwest frontier of Ming dynasty. Ming dynasty repeatedly sent envoys to Valla in order to stop the war, but they suffered repeated failures. The reason why Valla refused was that Han people (Shi-cheng Zhang’s descendants) obstructed to accomplish their great cause of reconstructing their former nation. After many times’ communications, Valla agreed to connect Ming State by requesting princess of Ming to marry with Prince of Valla.
In order to assure the safety of his country and his people, and pacify the foreign aggression, the emperor of Ming Dynasty had to let his beloved daughter Jingning Princess marry to Valla and specially sent Yun Xiaotian, an outstanding sword-permitted imperial bodyguard of Ouchi omae, lead the most capable troop escorting the princess to Valla. Yun Xiaotian and Jing Ning loved each other, but because of the present situation, they had to contact secretly. Unexpectedly, Xiao-tian got the mission to send Jing Ning to Valla. They had to put their love aside to accomplish their mission…
