The story changes with relations among four women: Xiao Li, Yu Xiao-chuan, Ding Nan and Xiaong Mei-shuang around three men.

Xiang Mei-shuang, the peerless beauty and excellent bank economist diverted public funds of the bank for helping her boyfriend Liang Jing-dong raise experimental funds and was put into prison.

Having heard about it, her good friend Xiao Li came back from abroad and found Liang with great enmity to seek an answer. However, what came in sight was a man who had quitted job, sold house to collect medical fee for Mei-shuang’s mother and took good care of her in the hospital.

During the days when they were busy for Mei-shuang, they fell in love with each other. And Xiao Li repaid all Xiang-shuang’s debts.
