Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival will be hold from Dec. 2nd to 8th, 2007 in Guangzhou, eastern China. Welcome to apply for GZ DOC 2007 Documentary Screening. The theme for 2007 Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival competition is “Road to the Olympics”. Any documentary about athletes today or in the past who participate in summer, winter or special Olympic Games, or staff working for the organization of Olympic Games will be welcome to participate in 2007 GZ DOC competition. We look forward to receiving films about how anyone involved in Olympics challenge themselves, challenge difficulties and about their successes or failures.

Documentary Screening application form (Form D) and related information will be available on www.gzdoc.com. All items should be filled. Please submit your application on-line.

All applicants should submit the application form as well as a sample DVD film to GZ DOC before August 30th, 2007. GZ DOC will inform applicants with the accepted entries via email by September 15th, 2007. Please submit stills, scripts (e-format), Betacam Tape as well as the authorization for screening by September 30th, 2007.

All confirmed entries will be informed with GZ DOC Documentary Screening Confirming Notification.
