Fat Hung is living together with his father. With a view to become rich, Fat Hung and Hoi, his friend, always cheat for money to bet. One day, Hoi is caught by the gangsters during their trick. To save Hoi, Hung needs to find a million dollars.
Though Hung tries every means, he fails to gather the sum. When Hung returns home, his father scolds him for not living honestly. The father and son are arguing fiercely when the spirit of the grandpa appears. Grandpa tells the father and son that he was killed by his partner who betrayed him and is now asking the father and son to take revenge for him.
