After a failed experiment, DR.NO. An evil scientist obsessed by overtaking the world and a smart 9 years old boy called CHIP, are sent to the atomic world (Micro world) by a particle accelerator ray.
Soon, Dr.No will try to carry out his evil plan of overtaking the world from the Micro world. With this intention and with his great wit, he will set up an antimatter army transmuting atoms into antiatoms and he will also use a fantastic machine called THE BLACK TOWER.
The aim of this machine is to take over the world and it will also be the way to go back to normal world (Macro world) but, in order to make it work, it needs a lens that has fallen by coincidence into the hands of Chip. To get this lens, Dr. No will create an antimatter command that will chase our hero all over the Micro world.
Chip will have the help of his inseparable friends MERC(mercury atom). FER( ion) and HIDRO( HIDROGENE) to make Dr. No’s plans fail and manage to go back home.
This constant pursuit, the help of the micro world’s atoms, the intervention of the antimatter troops and the megalomaniac madness of Dr.No.will make us live an exciting adventure in each episode, sharing the shrewdness, intelligence and friendship of characters.
